Dine may use customer information (shared by merchants) to update customers via SMS, WhatsApp, and/or email regarding order status and feedback to improve the customer experience.

Refund Policy

We support the following payment methods on dineapp.in:

  • Credit Card

  • Debit Card

  • UPI

  • Cash

  • Other Payment Modes 

There are no hidden charges. If unauthorized charges appear, please verify with your authorized users first. If still unresolved, report the issue within 30 days.

In case of payment failure, please retry with correct details. If your account was debited during a failed transaction, it is typically reversed within 7 business days. For help, contact hello@synq.vip.

 

Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellations made before the cut-off time of the shipping slot (3 hours). Contact customer service for cancellations. Refunds are issued as store credit for future use.

Dine reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or violations. Such accounts may be restricted from future access.

 

Shipping Policy

Dine offers digital in-store dining and takeaway ordering. Shipping does not apply. Refunds/replacements are subject to the individual restaurant’s policy.
